Palm Holdings

Supporting Toronto Rehab’s Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) unit, Palm Holdings and the Taneja Family are helping patients build confidence, ability and independence so that they can make the best recovery possible.

The aftermath of brain injuries can span years and even a lifetime with debilitating affects to cognitive, neurological and behavioral function. Toronto Rehab is home to the leading acquired brain injury clinical care and research program in Canada and our program leaders have made significant contributions to the treatment of brain injuries worldwide; giving us a unique understanding of the brain's complexities and its capacity for healing.

Thank you to Palm Holdings and the Taneja Family for their generous gift that will result in better care for our patients.

We are proud to name The Palm Holdings and Taneja Family Patient Room on the Toronto Rehab University Centre’s 11th Brain Injury Rehab floor in recognition of their generosity.

"As a family, it is with pleasure that we support UHN,” says Ashok Taneja. “Toronto Rehab is a critical component in patient recovery and we are proud to make this donation. We believe that all of the new equipment that we are helping purchase will make a positive difference to each and every patient. We are excited to be a part of this and wish each and every patient a fast and successful recovery."
